Shirodhara Oil

Shirodhara promotes deep relaxation and mental rejuvenation, by strengthening and re-invigorating your muscular, dermal, and nervous systems. This oil blend–enriched with more than 18 high-purity Himalayan herbs and essential oils–also induces sleep and provides relief from headaches and migraines.

Ingredients

• Valerian root oil: acts as a sedative for the brain and nervous system
• Himalayan cherry oil (dhatelo): repairs hair and soothes scalp
• Zanthoxylum oil (timur): relaxes the central nervous system; reduces muscle spasms and inflammation
• Rosemary oil: reduces stress and improves blood circulation
• Base oil: a carrier matrix of herbs and oils that also amplifies the benefits provided by all the ingredient

(The other essential oils and ingredients are patchouli oil, cedarwood oil, wintergreen oil, and mentha crystal (which help in improving mental functions and reducing stress); french basil, eucalyptus oil (which helps relax both the facial muscles and the mind).
The hemp and valerian root oil base is prepared using the “Suryapak” Ayurvedic technique.
